Comfortable stay would come back during the summer season

Smooth check in process, thanks to Eman and Noor at the front desk. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful sea view. staff are excellent, good location near the beach. Since its not high season, most all shops on the restort grounds were closed at this time but that was expected.

its not the summer season so the upkeep of the resort is not top notch, things can use a touch up. The breakfast and dinner were not that great at the main restaurants and the variety was limited most likely also due to low occupancy. It's best if the restort takes time during low season ensuring all rooms are deep cleaned, nothing is broken needing repair.

Very friendly and pleasant staff (especially Assem and Ahmed). Big beautiful territory, colored buildings, calm music on the beach

The touristic season is ended, so we can’t visit the big opened beach, drive the yacht. The bath and the balcony in the room cleaned badly….

Great Resort, friendly staff let down by poor hygiene

Location was great, staff are wonderful, room was spacious.

Cleaning was poor in the room, litter around the resort, beach doesn't get cleaned daily, beach toilet was filthy. Electric cables and wires on the ground covered with plastic bag not safe for little children and a massive H&S concern.

Hotel service should be more taken care of and separated from residential. Like pool and beach facilities. It can't accommodate large numbers from both.

I expected free garage as was written in the regulations but I was told in the front desk that I have to pay 25 pounds daily and that they mean"in the street" by free garage.

View, breakfast, room area, hotel facilities, swimming pools, beach, location

- There was sewer smell coming from the room AC frequently - flies was bothering us a lot in all outdoor areas and they didn't use any flies traps - Sales reps was nagging us all the time everywhere with their timeshare offers - restaurants and coffee shops took over all the seaside area and cause a lot of noise especially at night and public sitting areas were almost gone. - all activities and entertainment services are too expensive.

The property had direct access to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Great location !

The hotel rooms were old and dated. Cleanliness was something that needs improving on. The staff that were responsible for cleaning the rooms seemed unprofessional. Had to ask them a couple of times to clean the floor !

Worst experience ever!

Worst hotel i have stayed in e very long tume. Dirty room, no maintenance st what is and feels like an 80s hotel, bad smell wherever you are, tv not working, broken phone, horrible breakfast! Worst experience ever!

The worst ever, I highly don't recommend as we didn't get any service for a hotel.

- Staff not professional _ Rooms are old, never renovated (bed is shaking, safety box doesn't work, needs battery and after 4 times asking them, they changed it after 24 hours - We share the pools with the owners of the flats! hundreds of people by the pool!! as pools are all open together - Very dirty staircase going up to the slides so your feet gets all the dust and after jumping in the slide, all dust goes to the pool. - You have to carry cash all the time if you want to have coffee or meal by the pool or the beach as you can't sign on the room. - we were having drinks in the lobby waiting for the rooms to be ready and asked for large bottle of water, the waiter brought it without glasses and when we asked, he brought only one glass (we were 6 people), when I asked for more glasses, he said the table is small!! I went myself and brought glasses! The price we paid for the two rooms was Egy. pound 7,500 per night!! which is very expensive comparing to what we got. NO INTERNET FOR THE WHOLE STAY in the hotel or the rooms!! they said it's not working as they are changing the system.

The location, and the breakfast.

The location, and the breakfast. Extremely generous.

Facilities are getting old and in need for some renewals, such as bathrooms inside the rooms. No shaded car park. Cars were left u der the blazing sun. Some staff in need for training. They should not stand gazing at people passing by, and when you look at them they just maintain their gaze. The small beach strip was dirty. The sand was oily. Jet skies are roaring continuously. Some people playing their own music at the beach loudly.
